Alicia Ward skillfully balances legal compliance with her client’s business needs. She counsels clients on an array of employment-related questions that arise throughout the course of the employer-employee relationship concerning pre-employment, hiring and onboarding, training, termination, reasonable accommodations, performance evaluations and improvement plans, and policies governing leaves of absence. Her background in human resources allows her to collaborate seamlessly with employers to help them stay knowledgeable and in compliance with the ever-changing employment laws – whether state, federal, or local.
John Arnold is an experienced litigator and counselor that clients trust. He represents companies in business and employment disputes across a wide array of industries, including biotech, higher education, finance, health care, and pharma. His practice includes complex business disputes; restrictive covenants; executive compensation; discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation claims; and wage and hour compliance. As an advocate for his clients’ success, John draws on his experience litigating before state and federal courts and administrative agencies to proactively counsel them on legal compliance, risk, and the nuances of employment law.
