HRW’s newest lawyer, Julia Russo, is an employment litigator and counselor. She represents companies in employment and labor disputes, using her background representing both workers and employers to foresee issues before they arise and to strive for the best results for the business and the workplace.

She has experience representing clients in litigation on wage and hour matters, discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as grievances and labor arbitrations. In addition to her litigation practice, Julia is a trusted advisor and counselor, proactively helping her clients avoid future problems.
