NLRB Delivers Major Holiday Gift
to Organized Labor

By Jeffrey Hirsch, Jerome Weinstein, Peter Moser   December 23, 2014

The NLRB has been busy lately.

The NLRB has adopted its final rule to “streamline” the election process, making it easier for unions to organize employees and more difficult for employers to respond. The NLRB also recently issued a decision permitting employees who already have access to an employer’s email system to use that system to communicate with one another regarding organizing or other protected activity. Please check out our full Client Alert below for more information about the NLRB’s recent ruling and decision.
