Biography

Paul Vasiloff is an attorney who advises employers on a broad range of labor and employment matters, helping clients navigate workplace challenges and manage risk in an ever-evolving legal landscape.

Prior to joining Hirsch Roberts Weinstein, Paul practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he counseled employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring and onboarding through disciplinary actions, reductions in force, and executive separations. He also advised clients on day-to-day compliance issues, including employee handbook development, workplace investigations, wage and hour matters, restrictive covenant agreements, and employment-related disputes.

Paul also has extensive experience supporting complex mergers and acquisitions, conducting employment due diligence and advising clients on labor and employment issues arising in corporate transactions. He has reviewed and negotiated a wide range of employment-related agreements and worked closely with employers to develop practical solutions that align with their business objectives.

Paul earned his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of Science and Technology Law. While in law school, he participated in the Legislative Policy and Drafting Clinic and served as a research assistant focusing on public-sector labor law and First Amendment issues.

Paul received his B.A. in History and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He is proficient in Spanish.

His practice focused on advising employers on day-to-day workplace issues, employment law compliance, workplace investigations, and employment-related disputes. He also regularly counseled clients on labor and employment matters arising in mergers and acquisitions, including employment due diligence and transaction-related counseling.
