Biography

Allison H. Eddy represents clients in a wide range of employment, tort, and professional liability matters. Ally is a trusted point of contact for clients, guiding them through fact investigations, depositions, hearings, and settlement strategy. Her practice includes drafting motions, advancing discovery, and developing case strategy across practice areas such as employment, professional liability, commercial litigation, data security & privacy, and construction law.

Experience

Ally’s experience includes defending clients before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as representing clients in motion hearings, depositions, and case management conferences. She has advised clients facing claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, in addition to matters involving professional liability and complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ally worked as a law clerk gaining hands-on experience across tort, property, probate, family, contract, and employment law. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, where she published scholarship on Eighth Amendment protections for incarcerated transgender individuals.
