Jeff Hirsch spoke at the University of Vermont’s 24th Annual Legal Issues in Higher Education Conference for the third time since 2011.

This National Conference brings together higher education officials from all over the country to discuss and share ideas on a wide variety of timely legal issues in the field. Jeff presented on current labor law developments in higher education including the formation of the Northwestern University football team’s union and the unionization of graduate assistants and related rulings by the National Labor Relations Board.
