John Graff had the pleasure of presenting on Clery Act fundamentals at the pre-conference Lawyers New to Higher Education Workshop. John’s session provided an overview of Clery Act disclosure requirements for lawyers just embarking upon their careers representing colleges and universities. John was also selected to speak on a panel of Title IX experts concerning training of campus police in response to allegations of sexual violence on campus. John’s prior experience as a police officer with certifications in sexual assault investigation and forensic profiling of serial sexual criminals combined with his experience advising colleges and universities across the country regarding Clery Act matters added a unique perspective to the discussion.
