HRW’s Pete Moser co-chaired a brown-bag lunch at the Boston Bar Association on the NLRB’s new election rules and recent decisions. Pete, joined by James Shaw of Segal Roitman LLP, provided both the management and union perspectives of how these new rules and recent decisions will affect union organizing in 2015.
