HRW’s Pete Moser was quoted in a Huffington Post article entitled “10 Questions Employers Can’t Ask You In A Job Interview.”

The article comes in the wake of a new survey by CareerBuilder revealing that 20 percent of hiring managers ask off-limits questions during job interviews.  Pete confirms the importance of keeping interview questions job-related.  Pete says, “It can be used as evidence of discrimination, and why would you ask that if it’s not relevant to the job?”
