HRW’s Max Perlman co-signed a letter to the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice regarding noncompetes, nondisclosure agreements, and other restrictive covenants. This important letter was signed alongside 50+ experienced trade secret lawyers nationwide and supplements one sent to The White House this past July regarding President Biden’s “Executive Order on Promoting Competition in the American Economy.”.

Thank you to Russell Beck and Erika Hahn at Beck Reed Riden LLP who led this impressive effort.
