Max Perlman was a panelist at MCLE’s Annual Business Litigation Conference on Friday, where he spoke on Improving Your Odds When Seeking or Defending Against Preliminary Injunctive Relief in Business Litigation. This is Max’s second year on the faculty of the Conference, which features presentations by esteemed federal and state judges and prominent litigators from all over Massachusetts.
