Max Perlman Co-Authors a Chapter in MCLE’s Recent Book

HRW’s Max Perlman co-authored a chapter in MCLE’s recent book, Data Security and Privacy in Massachusetts.

Max and his co-author – former HRW’er Andrea Kramer, who is now the head of the AG’s Civil Rights Division – wrote Chapter 10, which is entitled “Massachusetts Data Security Law and Regulations,” which discusses MGL c. 93H, 201 CMR 17.00, as well as the practical things that businesses need to do to comply.
