Mass. Lawyers Weekly has named an HRW victory as one of The Most Important Decisions, January – June 2014.

In that federal trade secret case, Max Perlman and Andrea Kramer defeated a motion to dismiss their client’s case, staving off an argument that HRW’s client should be collaterally estopped from bringing its claim.
