Hirsch Roberts Weinstein LLP is seeking an Employment Law Associate and a Labor Associate.

Employment Law Associate:

Hirsch Roberts Weinstein (HRW) is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience in employment law. The ideal candidate has experience counseling, advising and representing employers in all aspects of employment law, and has a working knowledge of relevant Massachusetts state and federal statutes and regulations, has demonstrable experience appearing before regulatory agencies, conducting investigations, drafting handbooks and position statements, has a strong academic background, is responsive, takes initiative, is a strategic thinker, and takes great pride in her or his work. Candidates must work well under deadlines and have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.

Labor Associate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the following areas: collective bargaining negotiations, practice before the National Labor Relations Board, labor arbitrations, and union organizing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong academic background, is responsive, takes initiative, is a strategic thinker, and takes great pride in her or his work. Candidates must work well under deadlines and have the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
