Hirsch Roberts Weinstein (HRW) is seeking an attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in employment law counseling to join our busy and growing practice. The ideal candidate has experience counseling and advising employers on day to day employment issues and drafting employment related documents (including handbooks, separation agreements, policies, and restrictive covenant agreements). We are hoping to find someone with a strong academic background who is experienced in working with clients with employees in multiple states.

We are open to an attorney seeking a flexible work or reduced hour schedule. For the right candidate, we would be willing to consider someone who wants to be remote and is barred in any state.

Compensation commensurate with experience and full-versus part-time status.
