HRW Welcomes New Associate, Samuel Gates

Hirsch Roberts Weinstein is pleased to announce Samuel Gates has joined our firm.

Samuel R. Gates (“Sam”) is an experienced litigator focusing on the representation of businesses and nonprofits in litigation, jury trials, mediations, and appeals in state and federal courts. Sam also represents clients before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. His litigation matters include business disputes, tort and employment litigation, and a variety of civil rights matters.

Sam has significant trial experience including recently first-chairing a federal jury trial in which he prevailed on behalf of his client, a result that he succeeded in getting upheld by the First Circuit. Sam’s approach to litigation and counseling is results-oriented. He draws on his diverse legal and business experience to develop and execute effective strategies for his clients.
