Allie Mitropoulos selected for the WBA's 2023 Women's Leadership Initiative

HRW is proud to announce that Allie Mitropoulos was selected for the Women’s Bar Association’s 2023 Women’s Leadership Initiative! The WLI is a program that brings up-and-coming legal stars and senior women attorneys together for leadership development and mentoring. WLI alumnae include Governor Maura Healey and HRW partner Liz Monnin-Browder.

Allie currently serves as the Treasurer for the WBA, is a member of the Annual Conference Planning Committee for NACUA, and is a member of the College & University Section Steering Committee of the BBA. In addition to her role as Senior Counsel at HRW, Allie serves as Deputy General Counsel for Berklee College of Music.

The WLI  is designed to provide participants with large-scale networking, group mentoring, and one-on-one career development opportunities.  Each event leverages the experiences of accomplished women attorneys in Massachusetts interested in cultivating the next generation of women leaders. The WLI provides participants with opportunities to work with senior women attorneys and one another, build their networks, and further their careers.
