Cathy Reuben and Max Perlman were on the faculty for MCLE’s Employment Law for Business Lawyers and In-House Counsel, which drew more than 100 attendees this morning.

Cathy, who chaired the program, spoke about new developments with the NLRB, medical marijuana, and background checks.  Max gave an oral argument in a mock noncompetition case and a presentation regarding wage and hour issues.
