New Massachusetts Sick Leave Law Approved

On November 4, 2014, Massachusetts voters answered “yes” to Question 4, approving a new law mandating that all Massachusetts employers provide their employees with up to 40 hours of earned sick time per year. For more information on this new law, check out our Client Alert below.
