Attorney General’s Office Issues Corrected Pay Equity Calculation Tool

By Catherine Reuben   May 23, 2018

The new Massachusetts Equal Pay Act (MEPA) will go into effect on July 1, 2018.  As we reported back in March, Attorney General Maura Healey’s office issued a comprehensive guidance on the law, as well as a helpful pay equity calculation tool.  Employers should be aware that the tool that was originally posted on the Attorney General’s website had a technical glitch which has since been corrected.  Below are handy links to the most recent version of the tool and other useful resources for employers.
